Praise Jesus:

“The South Dakota House has passed a bill that would nearly ban all abortions in the state…
Supporters are pushing the measure in hopes of drawing a legal challenge that will cause the US Supreme Court to reverse its 1973 decision legalizing abortion.
The bill banning all abortions in South Dakota was passed 47-to-22 in the House.
Amendments aimed at carving out exemptions for rape, incest and the health of women were rejected.
The bill does contain a loophole that allows abortions if women are in danger of dying. Doctors who do those abortions could not be prosecuted.”

Then of course we have the Godless liberal left complaining and geting planned parenthood to do their dirty work:

” Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) and Planned Parenthood Minnesota North Dakota South Dakota (PPMNS) denounced the South Dakota Senate’s vote to ban abortion today. PPFA and PPMNS announced they will fight the ban in court to protect Planned Parenthood patients.
PPFA Senior Staff Attorney Eve Gartner issued the following statement on the ban:
“This ban is an attack on women’s fundamental right of privacy and their ability to make the most intimate and personal choice about when and whether to have a child. The U.S. Supreme Court has reaffirmed time and again the constitutional right to make the private choice to have an abortion. South Dakota is entering dangerous territory with this ban.
“Across the country, state politicians are creating a gauntlet of anti-choice laws and regulations to make it more difficult for women to get the best and safest reproductive health care services. South Dakota’s ban is the most sweeping abortion ban passed by any state in more than a decade. Planned Parenthood will go to court to ensure women, with their doctors and families, continue to be able to make personal health care decisions — not politicians..”

Thank God that at least one State has shown they still have good sense and still love God and their children.

And why not?
Everybody knows where I stand on issues.
I’m not “wishy washy”.
I have no interest in financial gain.
In fact, here’s what I can guarantee I’ll get done:

This is long as I keep adding to it in response to emails.

Severly cut the budget, nearly 50%.
Reduce the salaries of gov’t employees, senators, congressman and other employess to no more than 1/4 of the Presidential salary.
Increase the military salaries.
Eliminate pensions unless gov’t employees have retired after 24(at least) years of full employement.
Representatives are not elligible unless their combined service (which would come to more than 70 “partial” years) equals 24 years.
I would recall all US troops (Once Iraq and Pakistan are forced to take care of themselves) and secure our own borders with American troops.
I would also restore Israel to her 1948 borders and secure them with her.
Eliminate the Department of Education.
Eliminate all outsourcing of American jobs.
Increase and put in place taxes on imports making it more expensive to import than to produce here in the Country.
Use the Military to remove all illegal and “undocumented” foreign nationals.
Kick out the U.N. and relinquish our membership.
Eliminate all foreign aid that is not “conditional”.
Make paid lobbyists illegal.
Make it illegal for any representative to benefit in anyway from his elective position other than his paid salary.
CAP governmental salaries and restrict increases to citizen vote.
Eliminate income tax and increase sales taxes and usage fees, etc.
Cut social programs, welfare, etc and to set conditions to what is left.
End Social Security but grandfather those over a certain age into the remaining program.
Allow tax free retirement accounts and healthcare accounts.

That list is all I can think of at the moment (Check back as I’ll be adding things as I think of them) and I’ll add to it later but it’s pretty representative of what I’ll do.
I’d make generous use (within the law) of Executive orders.
Prez. Bush has made nearly 200 of them to date and only two in history (one being Bill Clinton’s in ‘96) have been defeated.

So, should I run?

UPDATE 01:

We need a leader (and representatives) who are not career politicians.
Men and women who are true representatives with goals and plans to achieve them.

UPDATE 02:

So I’ve been told I won’t be very popular and that I should not expect to accomplish any of my goals.
Why not?
What politician dares to add his name to the fight against a law that reduces his pay and cuts taxes and the budget?
How is he going to explain that to the average Joe American who can’t pay his heating bill or afford healthcare?
The question also asked how the Representatives could afford to travel, do their jobs and whatnot if I cut their pay and benefits.
Easy, I guarantee you that once the Reps get it into their thick skulls that they are only going to get paid to do their jobs and that Americans are no longer going to tolerate their crap lollygagging in the office for 120 days to pass pork barrel crap and charge Americans for 365 days of fishing and hunting, they’ll realize that it only takes 1 day to do what they used to take 120 to do.
Travel?
Why?
They can telecommute, video conference and have no need to go overseas.
That is what we have Ambassadors and other officials for.
When these guys realise that they are there to focus, do their jobs and then get back to their real life jobs inorder to pay the bills like you and I, they’ll get the jobs done, quickly and get back to business.
As for me not being popular…
Who cares?
I’m not a career politician, I’m there for a few years to get the job done then get out.
If I get kicked out of office, I simply go back to flippin burgers at McDees, my life will not end.
I don’t have ranches and offshore accounts that need to be paid for.
I don’t care about being popular with other politicians.
And you *KNOW* that no Senator or Congressman dare vote against saving the American 50% of his taxes or more; talk about looking the guy who voted for you in the eye and saying, “I’ll take your money and spend it on my house and kids and don’t you dare take it back!”

Of course the Godless ACLU feels that because the Boy Scouts acknowledge a duty to God, they are a religion, a church and that any State (Federal) support would be unconstitutional.

It would appear that they forget that the President swears in with his hand on a Bible and swears an oath to God.
Courts across the Nation require that we tell the truth, so help us God.
In the Marine Corps, I was sworn in under an oath to God and our moto “Sempre Fidelis” (Always Faithful) includes to God, our Corps and our Country.
Even our money includes God.

According to the Godless ACLU’s definition, the entire Country is a religion, a church.
I think the ACLU is in the wrong Country and they need to take Harry Belefonte and the rest of Hollyweird and move their butts to Canada or Iraq.

I’d love to say that to the IRS someday.
We all know that a flat sales tax (pay for what you use as you use it) is healthier.
We all know that income taxes need to be done away with.
So call your Representatives and tell then to pass H.R. 4725.

What Does It Matter If….?

If public schools teach what they do because I don’t have any kids and don’t plan to even get married?

Whether islam teaches violence or not because they are half a world away?

Those are paraphrases of three of the more popular questions I got this week.
I reworded them to include the ideas of all of the questions which were similar but to make sure I kept the spirit of the inquiry.

And no ma’am, you were not the “Only One” who reads my site and questions my Faith and ideas.
I read that and went back and counted only those emails from people who do not agree, in fact strongly disagree with my fundemental Christian beliefs.

There were so many in the last week I thought I’d answer you all in here.

1) So what does it matter if public schools teach what they do….

Whether I have kids I still pay for it.
I still “support” what they teach in these schools and as long as I do, I want to have a say.
Also, as I blogged last week, if you pour that junk into a young mind, you are teaching it up in the ways of the world and when he gets older, it will be harder to show him the truth, reality, God.
These liberal indoctrination camps called public schools teach these kids that everything us Christians know and hold dear and true is a lie.
When they get old enough they vote against us and they vote in laws that tear our Family, our Culture and our Morals apart.

2) So what does it matter if homosexuals get married…

Um, “A” they are hurting others and “B” I don’t wish to make ANY SIN legal.
They are drawing believers away from Christ, hurting them.
They spread disease and rape young boys.
They cause emotional and Spiritual damage.
Theya re killing each other in higher numbers than straight couples.
They cause us to become numb to their sin and start to accept it.
And they cause us to start saying junk like, “Don’t go all brokeback on me, dude!”

So don’t tell me they aren’t harming anybody else.
Besides, whether you agree that it is a sin (take it up with God, not me) or agree that they cause harm, Christians believe God when He tells us it is a sin.
Asking us to allow homosexuality is the same as asking us to make murder legal.
Rape, theft, murder, just insert whatever you find vulgar here and you’ll understand how we (and God) feel about it.
That is what we believe and I know you disagree with that (with God) but just because you don’t agree with it, does not make it any less absolute and true.

3) So what does it matter if islam teaches….

Islam is a religion that teaches its followers to reach out and touch someone.
Look how agressive they are with Israel.
The quran teaches them to hunt us (infidels = Christians & Jews) to the corners of the earth and to exterminate us.

Somebody else made this observation on her blog:
“The good muslims are bad and the bad muslims are good.”
The good muslim who follows the teachings of their god from their quran is bad, meaning they are the “terrorists” of the world.
The bad muslim is one who is the liberals best friend; they are peacful and non-violent because they are muslim in name only and not by action or beliefs.

Originally, in 1867, the Department of Education was created.
Its purpose was to collect information on schools and teaching.

In 2004/05, the Dept. of Ed. (ED) had a budget of nearly $909 BILLION.
$72 billion of that was Federal Appropriation which is about 3% of the Federal Budget.

So as a Nation, we spent almost a Trillion dollars to teach our kids the liberal religion?
And that is the only thing we’re doing successfully!
Public schools from primary to college and universities are failing left and right.
All that money is being spent to babysit our children and indoctrinate them into some liberal Godless religion and they still cannot read, write or add.

And what’s more, not only do we spend that much but we charge each other even more to attend these classes.
Primary schools charge for books, uniforms, supplies and whatnots.
Colleges and universities charge for everything.
Both demand MORE from both sides, private and public.

The United States has fallen from number one in the world to number twenty-six in the education if its citizens.
It didn’t take long either.
In 1945, we were number one and by 1970 we were number 15.

Our schools have the highest frequency of violence, rape and murder int he world.
That is according to our own government, the CDC.
Go figure!

So what is being taught in the public schools, both at the primary and secondary levels if they are graduating with such low literacy rates?
They are being taught everything but Christianity, American patriotism and common sense.

An article in on of last Sunday’s weekly magazines said that the Baby Boomers gave birth to “Yeppies”.

“Remember the yuppies of the ’80s—baby boomers who were hungry for money and status? Well, many of their kids are now “yeppies,” or young experimenting perfection-seekers, says Kate Fox, a British researcher who has studied them. These 20-somethings don’t aspire to a job in finance and a BMW in the driveway. If anything, they quit their jobs to go backpacking, are slow to commit to relationships and are idealistic but confused. Fox describes yeppies as “life shopping”—jumping from one thing to another, whether it’s careers or lifestyles or partners, in search of an ideal existence. It may be that they have extremely high expectations (fueled in part by the media). But many also have something that makes “life shopping” a lot easier: the financial backing of their yuppie parents.”

Kids have no sense and no direction.
They are coming our of the public indoctrination center (schools) and are lifeless.

The Godless left feels that the solution to the matter is to throw more money at it.
Because a better paid babysitter at a cult makes for better zombies!
That’s gotta be why they think this way.
The more zombies they get who are fed and raised by these cults, they more votes they get when it comes time to get more money and more liberal Godless laws passed.

Our money works against us.
My money goes to pay the teachers at a public school to teach my child that homosexuality is acceptable and ok.
And they are taught that God (not Jesus but some plural god) loves sin.

Come eighteen years later, the kids are voting and passing laws that allow homosexuals to marry because they thought God loved the sin and that it was normal and acceptable to be that way so we needed to create laws that say it’s ok to sin.
Now we have parents killing their children and husbands killing their wives.
We have Christian Ministry leaders and Senators passingBills that would allow couples who live together to have the same rights as married couples.
Both normal couples and homosexuals.

All of this boils down to the children.

The Bible tells us to train up our children in the ways of the Lord.
If we’re paying the bills, why aren’t the people we pay, doing the job for which we’re paying?

So we constantly hear that islam is a peaceful religion.
In order to continue this charade, the news refuses to report all of the islamic violence, brutaly and barbarianism.
Most of us know the truth about islam.
The rest know but refuse to admit.

Lately, the more open denomination of islam was elected by the palenstinians.
It was a landslide, showing that the conseravative denominations are the tiny minority.
“More Open” because they proudly practice what their god and religion teaches them to do.
They actively hunt and kill anybody not muslim.
Even their more conservative brothers are not safe from them.
So now this violent religion is in open power right next door to God’s chosen people.
This encroachment onto Israeli land is sponsored by the more covertly islamic countries like Iran, Syria and Saudi Arabia.
They are devout muslim countries but they have to refrain lest the West turns them into glass parking lots.

I urge all Christians to pray that in their exposure to the West and education, muslims are exposed to the truth and turn from their religion and to Christ and have eternal life with Him.

I love Dr. Dobson, of Focus on the Family.
Dr. Dobson stands for Christ and the Christian family.

Y’all saw me write about Sen. Mitchell of Broomfield and his Bill that allows homosexuals living together to have the same rights as Married couples.

Sen. Mitchell deceived Dr. Dobson into supporting this Bill by claiming that it was authored to help the family.
The Bill gives family members who live together rights.
Dr. Dobson insists that that is why he supports this Bill.
Unfortunately, the Senator who sponsored this Bill did not write it so that it only supports familial living arrangements.
If the Senator wanted this to apply to the family, he would have worded it to only address families but it was purposefully written to be open to include a number of other arrangements.
You’ll notice that Sen. Mitchell said, “…number of other arrangements… “
Dr. Dobson only supports the Familial arrangements but the Senator is backhandedly using Dr. Dobson’s name to get a Bill in that would give homosexuals who live together the same rights as normal Married couples.

Dr. Dobson does not support homosexual marriages.
Dr. Dobson only supports this Bill for families.

Unfortunately, the Senator has deceived Dr. Dobson.

Dr. Dobson addressed this on his Thursday (February 16th) show and mentioned that the liberals in this State are trying to pass a “Civil Union” law allowing homosexuals to marry.
Senator Mitchell said to me in his letter and in his News spot on FOX, that this Bill is a compromise measure in response to the Civil Union attempts.
Dr. Dobson acknowledged this in his show but insists that he only supports this Bill because it gives families in need, the rights.

If a man as strong in Christ can be tricked by mere wolves in sheeps clothing, I’m truly afraid.

If we knew that the left was going to introduce abortion laws we would not introduce measures that allowed conditional abortions in order to head them off?
I’m guessing that the Senator will debate the need for Civil Unions and point back to this Bill he’s introduced and say, “Look, you already have rights, you don’t need another law giving you the same…”
That’s my guess as to one of the reasons he is sponsoring this Bill and why he tricked and deceived Dr. Dobson to get his support.

Dr. Dobson, stay strong and stand in the Lord.
We are praying for you and you had no idea that this Senator was using you and that he was doing what he did.
We know you don’t support any Sin, including homosexuality.
We love you, Dr. Dobson and we truly hope this Bill fails as does the Civil Unions Bill.

To you, Senator Mitchell, I noticed you stopped replying to my emails.
I can only guess that’s because you realize that your deception is exposed and your true colours illustrated.
Shame on you, Christian Brother.
Do what you can, please, in the name of Christ, to kill the Bill.

Readers, everybody in Colorado, not just Sen. Mitchell’s District (23), everybody needs to call his office and contact him to let him know how a Christian should act and how you want him to represent you, first a Christain and second his constituents.

First and foremost, all, please pray for both Senator Mitchell and Dr. Dobson, who is under attack, not for his fault but for the Senator’s.

I had a great Kid just leave the studios this afternoon.
He is a Pastor of a local “Young Adults” Ministry.
They (he and some friends) did guests appearances on one of the shows on my station and The Spirit moved me to contact him outside of work.

Like all of us, I have a past and I still do things of which I’m not proud.
If I had my way (my druthers), I’d bury that past and move on with my Christian future; my Christian walk of life.

I’m not one who would change my past because it is because of that past that I ultimately came to the Lord and that I’m able to be the person I am today.

Y’all know I no longer date and that makes me stronger.
It enables me to see more clearly and to help men and women deal with the opposite sex from an honest and unclouded point of view.

Look at it this way:
If you try to teach your kids not to smoke but you never smoked and can’t relate, you can’t really be a good example or counselor.
I’m not suggesting that you go learn to smoke so that you can quit and deal.
I can look at guys and gals and say *”I used to do that, it’s bad and this is how I quit and why.”*
Dating is not bad, it’s all the baggage and drama that comes with it.
Some is good and we all resign to take the good with the bad.

But there are consequences to stepping out of the boundaries set by God for dating before marriage.
I can relate and I can help.

I have no plans to expose my embarassing past and sins to you all, my dear readers ,but I do want to express to all of you, we are not islands.
You and I have horrible stories; have trials and tribulations.
Like Paul, we all have thorns in our sides.
Your thorn may be “X” widget in your foot and my thorn may be “Y” widget in my hand and Paul’s thorn was “Z” widget in his side.
But we all have these widgets, these thorns.
We can all relate and most of the time we all think we are alone and unique in our issues and suffering.

We are not alone.
I am not alone although I isolate myself because of my thorns.
I don’t have anybody in my life close enough to share my baggage and I know that is a bad thing.
I have a tendancy to avoid that because I’m afraid to expose myself; to expose my weakness and my shortcomings.
I need to get over it and at least I recognize it.

In the meantime folks, I am here for you.
The kid who was in here a couple of hours ago had the same idea I have in our Christian walk:

*”It’s not about me, it’s about you - those who we can help.”*

I agree 100% and even thought I’m broken and have issues, they don’t stop me from being an example and help YOU all.

Praise Jesus for His will, His love and His Grace.
Eternal Life and Salvation are blessing that I don’t deserve but now own because of Him.
