Gov. Timothy Kaine, of Virginia, issued an Executive Order requiring that a database of people banned from buying guns include the name of anybody deemed to be dangerous and/or involuntarily ordered to get mental health treatment/counselling.
This E.O. would not have prevented the murderer in the Virginia Tech incident from legally purchasing guns elsewhere but the Gov. decided to use this situation to take advantage of Americans and usurp their Constitutional rights.
Last year there was a walk out, this year they are planning a new one and are still demanding that we pardon their crime, their invasion and reward their felonious behaviour, their exhortion with Citizenship!
